Hi, I'm Vicki, the owner of Theraspace Business Support. My passion lies in assisting solo Allied Health Therapists and small Private Practices by offering cost-effective and efficient Practice Management and administrative support services.


Based on my hands-on experience, deep understanding, and genuine passion for the Allied Health industry, I have the skills to assist clinicians, their teams, and clients. Drawing from a strong background in office administration in Private Medical Practices and Allied Health Practices, I bring specialised abilities in tailored systems support, office management, team coordination, and client assistance to your business.

Transitioning unexpectedly into Allied Health has taken me on a personal and professional journey I never anticipated. Allied Health, therapy, mental health, NDIS, support work, reports, case management, plan management and all its complexities, have become an integral part of who I am, and why I do what I do.

As someone who has accessed therapy, with a child who will continue to access ongoing therapy, I understand why therapists emphasise creating a secure environment for clients,and recognise the unique demands that practitioners in the allied health space face.

How do we start?

Clarity
If you've done your research and reached out to a virtual assistant (VA), you likely have a clear idea of your needs. In a Clarity call, we'll delve into your business, goals, tas or project details, and work together to define a strategy to achieve them.


Proposal
An emall will be sent to you outlining the strategies discussed in the clarity call, along with a service agreement and invoice. It is essential to thoroughly review the proposal at this point and address any queries you may have.


VA set up
We will collaborate closely and ensure that we have access to all the necessary information, files, systems, and software. Any training or handover documents can be shared to facilitate a seamless transition.
